The objectives

The answer

  • Familiarisation of the brand in order to understand Valentine Sports and to integrate the key parts of their branding into the new site
  • Integrate our e-Commerce solution allowing Valentine Sport to fully manage and update the content on the site, controlling products and therefore encourage sales
  • Create a clear and concise navigation in order to make products easy to find, and easy to purchase, and therefore increase sales

The result

  • After a considerable period of testing and alterations, the site was launched to great acclaim and we continue to provide ongoing search engine optimisation work, Google Adword management and consultancy.

The Client

Valentine Distribution is an innovative sports training and fitness conditioning equipment supplier. They provide a comprehensive range of sports equipment and related accessories through their unique online store. They have responded to the need for quality sports equipment at competitive prices a time when developing sport is nationally recognised as a high priority within the education sector. This, combined with the diverse range of sport activities and facilities required to meet the individual needs of all young people within the National Curriculum, is acknowledged and Valentine Distribution aims to meet these needs with excellent value for money and service.


What We Did: The Short Answer

Valentine sports required us to integrate their existing brand identity into a new upgraded site optimising their existing functionality. The site had to attract new business to the site, make their products easy to locate and purchase, and Valentines sports at the top of the market.

Atelier Studios were approached to redesign our website so as to display a modern and contemporary image yet remaining professional. We demanded that the new site have quick access with good navigation, together with the ability to make changes in house. The team at Atelier were very approachable, supportive and professional. They understood our needs and concerns. They have the ability to explain technical concepts without using jargon. They were very pro-active and used their initiative in developing the site. Six months after the launch, the exercise has proved to be a great success and our investment has paid dividends.
